SHIPPING COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE: Please be considerate and expect delayed shipping times. Standard shipping is within 1-3 business days and extended to 4-6 business days. Once your item has shipped and you receive tracking, please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to update before reaching out to us. If there is no movement on your tracking for 10 days, please see the information below on how to start a claim with UPS, USPS or Route if you purchased Route Shipping Insurance. We will not re-send orders that are not updating within USPS system, as your package IS on the way. If your order has not moved after 15 business days, please reach out to us. Please note: We are still in a global Pandemic and ask for your patience and understanding of safety for our employees. We understand how important your order is and we aim to fulfill orders as fast as humanly possible.  We ship through the USPS + UPS. If an order is shipped from The Crooked Crown Salon and Boutique to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. The Crooked Crown Salon and Boutique WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. The Crooked Crown Salon and Boutique is NOT responsible for: Delays with USPS or UPS shipping International Duties or Customs Charges Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement. EXPRESS SHIPPING: We are currently not offering expedited shipping services. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: You will be charged one shipping fee at checkout for all international orders. Once the order is placed, due to COVID-19 and the increased shipping prices, we will then weigh your order, and contact you to pay the additional difference between the fee at checkout and the actual shipping cost of the order. We want to be remain open for international shipping at this time, but will follow the terms stated above to ensure we can keep international shipping open. Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information: Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process. Once your order is placed, orders can CAN NOT be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout. We work hard to ship your order as soon as humanly possible. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy. Time Frame: Items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 15 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return.
